And so it begins, the Okinawa chapters.
Okinawan food and culture was a lot of fun to look up and research. Unfortunately, information on Okinawa is not very comprehensive online, but I think I managed to find a good amount anyway.
I'm looking forward to sharing it across the next several chapters.
