Especially love that despite only "appearing" for one panel and being mentioned a handful of times, Brian still very much comes off as a monster to the other racers in this chapter

I suppose that's the difference for Laurel, Brian doesn't exist like that in her mind, she's still an inspiration to chase down and surpass... I can't wait for when they finally get to race each other lol
