1. Sakura and Shinobu remain together and Sakura keeps fucking behind ikemen behind his back
2. Sakura breaks up because she refuses to believe Shinobu and keeps fucking her new boytoy (or rather she keeps getting fucked) BUT eventually she finds her way back to MC

If they do actually break up and glasses girl doesn't also start getting fucked then yeah, she's probably endgame but knowing this author, she will find a way back to MC while STILL being a cheating slut.
I hope we get glasses girl X mc but it seems them staying together and her fucking around behind his back is the like the likely setup! She still has to make a decision though but with this author whether or not that happens is up in the air.
