I think on the first panel where you said you were high, the "Just" translate to just "What?" (Waka is saying that) because she's perplexed by his reaction. The next bubbles ("why" or いや in raw) aren't really a question but something to clarify, like Tomoya is saying it's nothing particularly, I'd translate this to "It's just that...". Then translated in order: Tomoya "You said that out of nowhere, I'm surprised"; Waka "That surprised?" (bad translation but this express her reaction of not expecting him to react like that). Anyways that was a smokescreen; what I actually want to know is that do you have the link to the discord ^^ I'm not good at Japanese either.
