Yeah that's very much how a kid would deal with it, feeling responsible in that way seems mature, but isn't actually. Poor Ichika only realized that by doing it too. You're not gonna get over someone by spending more time with them, you're just gonna hurt yourself.

I’m glad Haruto is so nice but I hate that mangas constantly do the “indulge me and my feelings” thing. It’s selfish. I’m glad that’s over and we can go back to the main couple.
