I'm gonna guess this doesn't last too long, which is plausible as every other change the Gyaru goddess has made to his body has been temporary, other than the original transformation.

The only question to me is how long it lasts before he changes back to being fully female and whether he changes back because he wants to (either due to missing being female or, more likely, because he's in a situation where he'll be found out and he doesn't want that to happen). Or the Gyaru's power runs out and he simply changes back whenever it's funniest to do so.

Either way, my bet is he'll change back to being fully female in the next chapter or two. I can't imagine him going back to being fully male before he gets a chance to go all the way as a 100% female gyaru.
