I think it’s clear that the MC is acknowledged as the more mature one, even by the manager. He also knows that she would go for it because he’s not dense.

Honestly, the manager seems to be struggling and is having a hard time and I thought that the MC would want to reach out and help because he cares about her. If he’ll help rando underage girls why not someone who’s actually in his life? She’s also sexy AF, there’s literally no downside.
