Yoriko’s focus being around the fact Aru is living happily as opposed to her simply living at all is a bit interesting? It does lead me to believe that her plan will involve her trying to socially murder Aru.
Maybe secretly record her when she’s transformed?

But to say she inherently wanted to or even knew that would happen seems disingenuous.
If we go with the idea that Aru became an eldritch entity then she wouldn't have expected such a thing to come to pass.
However seeing as she said that she had a wish before her birth, I think that means she was always this, what ever this is.
And seeing as no one knew that must mean she never showed signs before, or her parents hid it well.
What I'm saying is that regardless of if she was or became this entity, she wouldn't have known how to control her abilities. It's closer to something accidental, like manslaughter, than something intentional, like murder.
Which of course means nothing to the individuals that went through it, one will likely blame themselves, and the other will blame them.
Extra: Seeing as this is a wish from before her birth, does this mean she embodies entropy? Trying to reduce the world and everything in it into a single null, and is this something that is inevitable?

Cant even say the scarred girl is wrong. If anything, MC is the insane one here trying to take Aru side. Though, ironically given Aru's threat, MC's choice is the safer choice for humanity.

I wouldn't say "fully" but more subconsciously, like when asked if he's her boyfriend he doesn't denies it but still looks kind of annoyed. Basicly he's on the right path and is starting to actually acknowledge it.

Its interesting, isn't it? Should Aru, a being of indeterminate nature who now as a young girl seeking 'normality' be absolved of a crime she caused whilst we might guess at a time of little sentience? Yet she continues to hold very little sense of morality beyond her own selfish desires whilst linked in ways we don't fully understand yet to the ongoing disasters. Frankly, it's a terrifyingly precarious situation!
Honestly, I don't think she massacred them. What little we know from that flashback at the start which was presumably that event, she apparently wanted everyone to be the same, and shes not a corpse, so "same" shouldn't be dead. Could be someone/thing interrupted her modifying them and their remaining human parts couldn't sustain cthulhu parts, etc, or her using her powers or emotions could have summoned more tumor activity that ended up killing them on their own. Maybe she did succeed in modifying them, and they went mad, killing each other and suiciding, etc.
He should at the very least be talking to the government handlers. They should have been listening in anyways, since he didn't do anything this chapter to avoid it, and the girl thought he was unaware so she shouldn't have expected him to have wiretaps on his body to do anything blocking.
