@HeatManga They actually sell small portable AC units that fit on a desk. They work pretty well. They cool the air through evaporation. You just put cold water in it. They're not too expensive either. Like 25 bucks on Amazon.

Calling those little desktop swamp coolers "air conditioners" is blatant false advertising. The "conditioning" part of air conditioning is that it lowers the humidity at the same time it lowers the temperature, and evaporative coolers do the opposite of that.
