Yes, this is around the final arc of the story, when the villain girl is finally revealed.
Although it has been some time since I last read, I'm pretty sure one of them was a bratty girl.
And while they "tortured" him by placing him in their chest (they were acting as enemy guards, because everyone had been separated in a different world, and they were kinda like "in enemy factions"). The girls knew who he was, but he had no idea they were his daughters.
