Yep. If Misaki doesn't deem it assault or attempted murder, it isn't a crime.

That said, Misaki has balls of steel to calmly respond like that when she had him pinned down with a knife to his chest. Seriously I've been in similar situations where a person who was not mentally stable right then started threatning to kill me. Its fucking terrifying when the only thing you have to stop them is what you say and your knowledge of the person.

But yeah, I've seen conversations go like that where the potential victim actually does talk the person down resolving the issue permanently. And yes, calling someone a two-faced bitch to their face is exactly the kind of statement that works here. Its clearly genuine and perfectly shows how Mikasa knows Fujimiya.

That's right Fujimiya! You're not alone anymore, there's more to life than becoming Hareta's love interest! Don't let your yandere programming blind you to what actually makes you 'you': your bonds with your friends! Now Fujimiya can be yandere for everyone and protect her friend group like a mama bear lol.
Ironically though, Misaki's best-friend programming is showing at his most intense ever here, including the fact that he was willing to accept even dying by Fujimiya's hands. What is he, a buddha?
When I read the conclusion to Mei's arc I couldn't help but notice that Mei, being in love as she is, seemed to think Hareta had fixed her relationship with her father all on his own, when in reality Misaki was just as important a factor, if not the actual key player in the whole situation. Here this is even more clear. Hareta is cool and determined for sure, but Misaki keeps moving like the actual main character.
Anyway, Fujimiya looks so cute and fresh with her new haircut TT it's perfect for her eyes that now can smile without looking like she's hurting inside...
