Wish I could remember. Posted a request a while ago, still haven't gotten any answers. It was short though, maybe a one-shot. I think it might have been one of those "mini" shorts some authors put at the end of volumes in larger series.
Methinks one of two things happened:
1. NTR guy got tired of Kayo, wants to see if he can actually get some with Shiraki (since it was mentioned that he's actually putting in some effort as a BF now) or some other as of yet unnamed girl.
2. Kayo is actually feeling bad that she cheated (thinks that it was just a fling or w/e) does genuinely like the MC and wants to stay together.
Either way the solution is simple - tie them to the cuck chair and just go at it in front of the cheaters for hours. Answer netorare with netori.
(Also I really want to know how the loli became his aunt. There's a whole story there and I don't know if we're gonna get an explanation.)

What I asking for is, MC is liked by a new girl and the ex-gf is trying to gain forgiveness and want to get back together.
My Life Turned Around manga, is different, the ex-gf isn't going to get forgiveness and is just going to get Karma.

Not that I'm saying you're making this shit up, because what you've spoiled is totally out of left field for the tone and intro of this manga, but where did you get all this spoilers? Is the manga already a few chapters ahead in the raw, or are perhaps referencing the original H-Manga of this adaption? If it's the latter, we aren't sure if they are going to stick with the original or if they're going a different route.
I know I made multiple posts on this, so I don't know if I added it in the spoilers. But I got them off of a recap of this story on Youtube. That comment had the OTHER spoilers in them, hence why I added those in the spoilers!
As someone without romantic experience thanks for the breakdown. Although I might be swayed by the tears.
