So far we have not been shown any consequences of the war other than the fact that some people died on the battlefield. A war takes resources and you can see the effects a huge War has in a country by looking at its population centers. There are literally no signs that there has been a war

Might be likely that the huge resources needed for the war is sourced directly from the aliens, since they can use alien tech enough to do splicing, so all they need is manpower from conscription

All the heroines are totally obsessed with him and end up becoming yandere, all of them are after MC and want to sleep with him, lol. Even though the story does not actually show the adult scenes, there is a small hint that MC really has slept with some of the heroines already, including a heroine who has not even shown up yet in volume 2, Olivia Stagia.

★ Takashi and Natalie have finally started attending Suirenji High School, while Shely still cannot enroll yet because she missed the transfer exam deadline. Takashi gets a warning from his older sister Karin not to cause any trouble with a student named Hibari Tomoe, since Tomoe comes from a very powerful rich family. There were even rumors that Tomoe used to kick out any student who annoyed him.

★ The whole class, especially the boys, is really excited for the transfer student, because their homeroom teacher said the new student is extremely beautiful. The class’s so-called handsome guy, Amane Kyousuke, acts like he is not interested at all, but deep down he is still hoping to win the new girl over, since he thinks the girls in his class are not good enough for him.

★ When Natalie and Takashi walk into class, everyone, boys and girls alike, is shocked by how beautiful Natalie is. They even ignore Takashi completely because his face is just average. During lunch break, the entire class crowds around Natalie trying to befriend her, while Amane is still looking for the right moment to talk to her. Takashi greets Amane, since he is the only one who did not rush over to Natalie. Amane gets annoyed by Takashi acting so familiar with him, and because of Takashi, he misses his chance to talk to Natalie. Since Amane has a high position in class, he orders everyone to ignore Takashi.

★ Renji comes to Takashi’s classroom, and he is really upset that he is not in the same class as Takashi. Takashi invites Renji to go watch a baseball game with him. In the middle of their conversation, Natalie, who was originally invited to go karaoke after school, suddenly sits on Takashi’s lap and hugs him. Natalie also wants to go with Takashi because she wants to stay by his side all the time. The whole class is stunned by how close Natalie and Takashi are, and they start asking what their relationship is. Natalie answers that she is Takashi’s future wife. The classmates think Takashi must have forced Natalie to become his girlfriend, and with Amane’s influence, they spread rumors that Natalie was forced to become Takashi’s sex slave.

★ Rinko and Fumika hear the rumor and rush to Takashi’s classroom to find out whether it is true. They do not believe it at first, and Fumika even goes full yandere for a moment and thinks about killing Takashi, then killing herself too. Fumika, Rinko, and Renji are all well-known students at the school, and they even have fans from other schools. Their popularity is way higher than Amane Kyousuke’s. Because they are so close to Takashi, Amane gets scared that they might report him if Takashi ends up being isolated in class because of him.

★ Even though Shely still has not officially entered Suirenji High School yet, she uses the money she got from selling the house she once bought near the military base where she used to be, and bribes the school to speed up her transfer process.

★ On the other side, Karin also hears the bad rumor about Takashi, and goes to his classroom with her friend Sumire to clear her little brother’s name. Sumire first plans to help Karin, but after hearing that Karin’s brother has the same name as the hero who saved her in the previous volume, her heart starts pounding and she feels like this is fate. After confirming that Karin’s brother really is Takashi, the boy she admires, she immediately begs Karin to introduce her. Sumire wants to become Takashi’s girlfriend. Takashi sees the commotion outside the classroom and notices Sumire and Karin arguing, because Karin does not want to introduce Sumire and add another rival for her love life, brocon mode and all. Sumire then grabs Takashi’s hand and places it on her chest, wanting to show him how hard her heart is beating now that she has reunited with him.

★ Oh right, there is also the Tomoe situation. Tomoe, who is also an otaku, really idolizes super-powered heroes. She got information from her family’s intelligence network that Takashi, Natalie, and Shely are the heroes who defeated the invaders from another planet. She also knows Takashi’s secret, that his body has been modified with invader cells.
Tomoe forces Takashi to talk to her alone. She immediately asks him to marry her, but Takashi refuses. He cannot marry Tomoe because he already promised to always live with Natalie and Shely. Tomoe threatens to hurt Natalie if Takashi does not agree. Takashi knows Tomoe and her subordinates are no match for Natalie, and they might even get killed by her, so he tells them they will never beat Natalie unless they can beat him first. Using one of the invader abilities, Ruka’s power, Takashi can give orders and control the movement of the person under his command. He tells them to put their weapons on the ground and not move. Then he takes their weapon, points it at himself, and fires every bullet into his own mouth. Thanks to Takashi’s regeneration, Tomoe ends up crying in fear like she just saw a monster.
*Well, Tomoe actually feels ecstatic instead, and falls even harder for Takashi.

★ For the battle part, Takashi’s old comrades, Sheiron, Emily, Leo, and Portman, whose bodies are also a mix of invader cells and machine parts, ask Natalie and Shely to return to the base. They cannot explain why Natalie and Shely have to go back. Takashi refuses to let the smiles on Natalie and Shely disappear again like they did before. So a fight breaks out between the special army units, mixed 11-species Type Y special unit soldier, Shely, mixed 6-species Type Super A special unit soldier, Natalie, mixed all-species Type Absolute special unit soldier, Takashi, versus Sheiron, Emily, and Leo, who are cyborgs, and Portman, Type T Tina. Natalie and Shely are able to take down Portman and Sheiron in just seconds. Emily and Leo, who fight with long-range weapons, go up against Takashi. ★ The four of them are forced to explain why they told Natalie and Shely to go back. It turns out they did it to protect Takashi’s dream of living a normal life as a high school student. Everyone in the special unit at the basecamp keeps looking for Takashi, because they all want to stay with him. To stop them from coming to Japan, they need Shely and Natalie’s help, because if those two stay at the basecamp, the special unit soldiers will think Takashi is definitely coming back there someday.

★ At the end of the volume, Utahime, Olivia Stagia, releases a new song with lyrics that say she is searching for Takashi and will go to him. Olivia and Takashi’s relationship is only lightly mentioned, but there was a time when he saved her before. Because she was being annoying, Takashi made Olivia obey him in an adult way.
