I didn't realized it but after a moment of thinking that last panel really feels like axed manga ish...
Damn, I don't have high expectations but it's really enjoyable
why do they keep axing good stories while trashy slice-of-life or comedy series that don't advance even in hundreds of chapters stay alive? such a bloody shame, i would have loved to see more of this.
It's a bit of a shame that it ended here, I was hoping to see it adapt one of the side chapters from the novel that centered around Ur from the original timeline after the events of the game and reveals something about the original Absolute.
This chapter basically indicates that the original Absolute wasn't very different from the current one, the difference is the MC has knowledge of the original story. The MC thinks original Absolute was actually evil and that's why he was abandoned by everyone in the end to die alone surrounded by enemies. Original Absolute told his allies to live on and went to the final battle alone on purpose because he didn't want them to die.
Ur deeply loved Absolute and gave birth to his child named Uriah. In the years following Absolute's death Ur is gradually consumed by revenge and despair no longer wishing to live in a world without him. She leaves Uriah in the care of Lady Cruel who laments that if only they had understood Absolute's kindness at the time none of this would've happened.
Ur goes on to kill the Saint and every member of the Hero's party. In order to kill the Hero she had to her beastification skill which turned her into a berserk wolf that rampaged across killing more than a 100k people before getting to Prince Michael who was now king. After killing Michael she returns to the sweet shop she would visit often with Absolute. The shopkeeper remembers her and seemingly knowing her intentions asks her if she really has to go too. Ur replies it's too hard to live on without him. In the Ur returns to Absolute's room where she kills herself to meet him in the afterlife.
I guess the manga couldn't really go on that much longer since the novel has been on hiatus since the beginning of 2025. After this there was only one more completed arc and the start of another one. The author is on twitter but basically never tweets. Their last few ones were all announcing the release of manga volumes with the last tweet being January 27 2026 about the release of volume 4.

there is 5 volume the last one was supposed to be aviable on 27 july and there should be at least 2 more chap i think, and one extra. but based on the extra one i believe it was not axed but ended to be continue in the novel.
If only physical manga wasnt 10-15 times more expensive outside of Japan (or U.S. border patrol didnt destroy them), im sure more series wouldnt get axed so much.. a shame! I really liked this story!
Might be extra support for a heavy carriage, looks like it might be resting on the horses for extra forward support. Not sure if that was ever a real design or if it would work well, seems like it would tire the horses more quickly if it does use them for support like that. Feel like doubling up the wheels would be more effective, but may be less likely to get stuck spreading the load like this.
