Looking at one of the arts in the chapter 35.5 (where the Kurose and friends and 3 future friends), this new girl sits closer to Kurose, the closest second only to Haimiya who Kurose is laying on.
That may be a symbolism that this new girl will be a bit close to Kurose. She's either just gonna be looking up to Kurose as a musical inspiration on one end or actually fall in-love with him on the other end.

But with how the chapter is structure about Kurose's feelings for Mio is conflicting him and how he should approach Mio, I think this new girl will be leaning to she will kinda like him, but not too much that it'd interfere with Mio x Kurose. Maybe she'll be one of those characters who has a dream and romance won't stop them from pursuing it.
