I still think Kano's "love" for the MC is overly agrgressive/possessive. She may genuinely love him but she constantly oversteps his boundaries and acts in a way he isn't fully comfortable with. Hell, everything she does is to MAKE (FORCE) him fall in love with her rather than letting him sort through his feelings.
