I’d be hesitant to assign those as the actual beliefs of the author and not just him accurately writing a moody and bitter teenaged outcast as his MC, because from the perspective of MC-kun it’s perfectly understandable that he would come to those conclusions even if they are short sighted and incorrect.

This is more about drawing a parallel between city mentality and the country side.
Domestic violence and bullying are very much more prevalent on the country side, this is why MC despises his community of hill billies, who enable all that.

This is not an actual attack on actual religious or tribal traditions.
