I hope that this isn't the series actually adding another love rival into the mix, because that's just kinda unnecessary at this point. There's still a lot you can do with this cast.

I'm sorta getting the impression, though, that she might not be totally serious about liking Izumi, and is instead just saying that as part of her make-believe fox goddess scenario. So maybe I'll be right and she'll just serve to spur on the other three girls and then move into some other role afterwards.

Because, like, this is an adaptation of a light novel, so she could be being introduced as a sort of volume-specific villain, contrasting the "main villain," Nanao. (Though I still do kinda feel like it'd make more sense to do some more stuff with the existing cast first. Like, shouldn't you have arcs similar to the last one but with Haru and Hakua before doing this?)

So I'm going to trust it for now, but I am kinda worried.

Wishful thinking I know but I think it would be Hillarious if in the very next chapter she gets send back because of the weird ass introduction she had lmaooo.
Like she is SO Forward she is not gonna make it a whole chapter before dissapearing again because she's basically Harrasing him and gets kicked from school.
Basically as a sorta "What NOT to do" kinda thing haha.

Why do the three losing heroines even exist at this point? They've not made a single meaningful move that I can remember. Contrary to what the first chapter implied, it's basically all Nanao with the three of them doing a comedy skit every now and then.

Introducing a new girl is also a weird move, I think the next few chapters will show whether this is even worth continuing.
That said, Nanao continues winning, and her straight forwardness is cute, if useless.

Nope. I was waiting for the author to do something interesting with this cast of characters but the only one who has my attention is Nanao. The rest can drive off a cliff and I literally would not care. And now we're adding another?

It was fun in the beginning but I'm bailing on this one. Every chapter has been a slog to get through. The art is super cute though.
