i kinda like it.
you don't always need some convoluted, deep and complex yuri to enjoy it.
it can also be a pretty straight forward fantasy with it's easy-to-understand world rules.
and the main character is pretty alright so far.

Already appears so. So far based on the synopsis and what we've seen, it basically appears that Meredy genuinely falls in love with Rosalia, and Rosalia is taking full advantage of that. Their relationship is incredibly close and intimate but Rosalia is a legitimate psychopath who is using her and her feelings for her to make her an accomplice and an asset to help her get away with her career as a spree/serial killer. And in spite of all of the trauma she is subjecting the poor girl to, she still sticks by her. If toxic yuri had a scale, that'd be like snake venom.

Yeah, Rosalina is murderer. Yes, Rosalina is an horrible person. But still I think this is great, sometimes you gotta support women's wrongs.

It doesn't too Yuri focused, but in volume 4 and forward it looks like there is more, also it is not overly hetero.
