You realize that for the entire history of humanity other than the last ~80 years it used to be normal for people to start families at that age right? And considering this manga seems to take place in a non-modern world why on earth would they be ridiculed for this by normal people?

It's really really sweet seeing how he dotes on her, I'm glad we got to skip the whole "he's just gonna fall for the heroine and fate will force him to conform to game plot" fiasco.

Also WAOW going right to trying to hit someone in response to being told they won't break up with their husband is some ultra petty nasty behaviour. Thank god the knight dude was around, not that MC would lose her pregnancy from that but the hubby might've taken the heroine out if she'd laid a hand on her and baby. X-X

Tbh if they got ridiculed for anything it would be them having sex BEFORE marriage, which even in isekai/fantasy stuff is pretty much not a good look, since the JPs tend to follow western customs in these worlds.

I completely agree that would have been a valid reason historically(especially considering the guy over here is a literal prince), but here it seems the prince got the paperwork to get married with her extremely quick, maybe even within the week, so they could argue the baby was concieved after marriage(which might even be true, not like conception is 100 percent guaranteed to happen the first night you bed someone).
