It's simulated. Doing actual sex during these erotica films is illegal.

Lighting, camera angles and skin colored patches are being used to prevent contact of the genitalia. We don't see these used in process but that's how they go about it. Evident when Shinobu was talking about the lighting and all. There's also an intimate acting instructor to monitor and ensure things go well.

So you can rest easy (or as easy as you can) in knowing there's no real penetration. It's just actors acting out sex. Nothing more.

can someone answer me if the sex scenes in the latest chapter were real or just simulated, probably Airi(author) didn't even care about that but I'm curious, Fumi scene was cut short but Sakura at the end look like she was doing it for real,(even though Shinobu wasn't aiming for an adult sex director)

More information, the bed scene that looks continuously, is not really continuous in the production. The actor and actress actually stopped and started multiple times to switch the camera angles!

Typically, each camera angle requires three repetitions of the same action in average (it means the actor and actress must perform the same things three times in average).

And if the result doesn't please the director, the scene with that camera angle might be retaken more and more till the director is satisfied. So tired.

Any director who repeatedly ask actors for retakes tend to gain a bad reputation in the industry because actors feel exhaust and do not want to work with. LOL

In contrast, a skilled director who manage to get the desired performance in just one or two takes will gain a good reputation.

However, nailing a performance in just one or two takes is difficult because it depends on numerous factors not just the director and the actors such as lighting arrangements, background noise, etc.

Scenes that appear to have continuous with camera angle changes are actually the result of editing and merging.

During the filming of love scenes, the crew is kept to a minimum and a key member is the intimacy coordinator.

So, things are not what they seem. And please don't forget that filming involves constant pauses and retakes occur whenever there is a mistake or bad performance, unlike stage acting which requires a continuous performance where errors are not permitted.

No one actually does that during a real shoot. LOL

IMHO, this manga did it to show how Shinobu was drawing out Sakura's emotions (the camera angle is a close-up shot on her face).

Truely, a manga for Katsura Airi by Katsura Airi. I hope the artist got to work with a better writer in the future because the artist is fine. And hopefully they didn’t get infected by Katsura Airi virus by working with her.

What's this about?

It's a manga about a Ichika, a sophomore at Uni who falls for a guy, Sanari, who just wants to be friends with benefits. With the little self-respect she has she declines but he says that they should be friends. Then he keeps pushing and pulling, hot and cold. Eventually a wild 2ML appears bringing all the syndrome with him and drama, drama, drama ensues.

Even though is apparently walking towards a stupid ending, the manga is well written and it will make you rage at the characters. And I stress "at the characters" and not the way they are written.

They are young, naive, broken and/or stupid. It's wonderful!
