I agree generally, but don't think it applies in this case. In the case of SV that's an actual trigger warning that exists to protect people.

I think it would be valid as a genre tag -- people surely want to know if a series heavily features NTR -- but here it's a minor plot point involving a side character, not exactly part of the manga's genre.
