No, Subaru is consistently depicted as kind of dense. She's also firmly categorized this poor kid as "girlfriend's little brother" and thus hasn't even considered he could have a crush on her. Finally, the kid is trying his best NOT to start any drama so he's not talking about it. He probably wants to move on ASAP too, but the heart wants what it wants.
