As of Chapter 38:
Nazuna: Sōdaya’s Current Chief of Transport, and Watari’s daughter. Nazuna hired Isaza & Yachiho to help disguise them as they continued their search for Kaji’s murderer, and his stolen key to the Waku Family’s archives on Tamashiro’s behalf. Nazuna’s father, Watari, was framed for murder, and then executed on false murder charges. She, and Tōshin conducted their own investigation.
They soon learned that Tamashiro wasn’t Sanza’s biological daughter, but she’s also a former courtesan. Kaji was plotting Sanza’s poisoning, and planned to “reform” Fumine with Tamashiro acting as his puppet Domain Lord; Yuuki, and Itoyori were too preoccupied with their feud to notice what was going on, and stop them. Nazuna & Tōshin killed Kaji to avenge Watari’s death, Tamashiro was the mastermind behind the murder. Nazuna & Tōshin also stole Kaji’s key to the archives behind Tamashiro’s back. However, Tamashiro & the Elderly Stone Woman managed to recover it, and opened the Waku Family Archives.
Tōshin: A blind transporter that works for Sōdaya. He’s been helping Isaza & Yachiho with their search for Kaji’s murderer, and his stolen key to the Waku Family archives. Tōshin is actually a Stone Person. His stone powers are very different from other Stone People. He can only control one small pebble at a time, the small pebble has to be touched by him before it can be controlled.
He was once part of a traveling troupe of entertainers; every member was a Stone Person. After losing his sight, Tōshin was abandoned, and left for dead by the traveling troupe. He was rescued by Sōdaya’s former Chief of Transport, Watari. Despite being a Stone Person, Watari welcomed Tōshin to Sōdaya with open arms. After Watari was framed for murder, and executed on false charges, Tōshin & Nazuna conducted their own investigation.
They soon learned that Tamashiro wasn’t Sanza’s biological daughter, but she’s also a former courtesan. Eldest Son’s Faction/Prince’s Faction Members
Yuuki Waku: He’s the leader of the Prince’s Faction, and Sanza’s Eldest Son. He’s backing his daughter, Mayu, as a candidate for Domain Lord. His faction supports the Capital, and Maaya the Crown Empress or Empress Dowager.
He’s been feuding with his brother Itoyori, both are completely oblivious to all of the evil schemes that were plotted, and committed against Fumine, and their mother, the Domain Lord, Sanza.
Mayu Waku: She’s Yuuki’s daughter, and Sanza’s granddaughter. Her father supports her as a candidate for Domain Lord. She secretly admires Ushio Watatsumi. Has a sisterly bond with Nazuna.
Stone People (Yomi’s Faction):
Tamashiro Waku: Tamashiro is a Hornless, was born as a Stone Person. She’s not Sanza’s biological daughter, and was a former courtesan. Kaji used falsified documents, and hired a professional artist who could replicate & forge Sanza’s handwriting, and signature to further legitimize Tamashiro’s candidacy for Domain Lord. Kaji planned to poison Sanza, and have Tamashiro replace her as a puppet Domain Lord. She’s also the mastermind behind Kaji’s assassination (using Tōshin & Nazuna), 2 of the 3 burglaries, and the murders & fire at Itoyori’s mansion. She even brutally murdered her own servant.
She “watched over” Tōgi & his family in place of Kaji. She made Isaza, and Yachiho search for Kaji’s stolen key.
The unnamed elderly Stone Woman: A long haired no-nonsense Stone Woman with ram’s horns. She may look decrepit and old but she’s incredibly agile, cruel, and dangerous. She can make puppets Just like Azami, she can create and control stone creatures; and just like Azami, using her creation’s eyes allows her to see things from faraway.
The old woman can also drive stones into her victim’s body, and then control them like a grotesque puppet. The puppets can be controlled beyond their joint’s limits, causing them to die very gruesome deaths. Once she relinquishes control or she’s outside of her power’s range, the stones fall off, and her victims die of blood loss. Fighting, and committing war crimes is like playing a twisted game to her.

Unfortunately for them the Waku Family Archives was already destroyed along with the possible evidence that could’ve exposed Tamashiro’s true identity. However, they did learn that Tamashiro, and the Elderly Stone Woman were also interested in the locations of the remaining Kamukata scattered across Hiwatsu; one of which is located at the bottom of the Great Kinugawa Dam. Then suddenly there was an earthquake, and the Great Dam started collapsing! A Stone Person was clearly the one causing it. While Mayu evacuates people from Fusō, Nazuna & company head to the Great Dam to stop the Elderly Stone Woman.
Although they’ve only met once, Sanza treated Nazuna (as a child) with a kindness that only a grandmother would give.

That giant stone was actually a Kamukata. The Elderly Stone Woman is destroying the Great Kinugawa Dam before she retrieves it; putting Fusō in grave danger. Isaza asked Mayu to evacuate Tōgi & his family, and the citizens of Fusō.

They found a map engraved on a wall that marked all of the locations of the remaining Kamukata; one of which is located at the bottom of the Great Kinugawa Dam. After destroying the archives along with any possible evidence that could’ve exposed Tamashiro’s identity, the Elderly Stone Woman entrusted Tamashiro with a hand drawn copy of the map. The Elderly Stone Woman begins demolishing the Great Dam while Tamashiro focuses on usurping the Domain Lord’s position.
Upon returning to her mansion, she learns that a group of people raided her mansion, and “abducted” Tōgi, and his family. This news didn’t bother her at all because she felt they’ve already served their purpose.

I know they're the heroes, but man they're practically dancing in the hands of the bad guys, hopefully they can get to stop what they're trying to do with the dam, because they're already late for the archives, so my guess is they're gonna lose this one very bad but who knows they can win at least to the old lady

The bigger concern is the Stone Person in the Kamukata. They might be even deadlier than Yachiho & Grandma. Assuming if they’re somehow freed during this battle.

oh yeah, but I don't see them stopping her, seems to me they're gonna fail, this mission has been failure after failure in their part

I’m not sure how things will go for Tamashiro. At this point Yuuki, and Itoyori might already know she’s a Stone Person. She could be targeting both of them, and Sanza next. Perfect time to do it amidst the ensuing chaos, and while Yachiho & the others are currently distracted…

oh yeah! With the mess going around doubt they can stop Tamashiro either, she has what she wanted, most likely she would not need to keep aparances anymore not to mention she's oficially the heir too, either way our heros are in bad position, they can't win both, either they stop the old lady, but lose against Tamashiro and most likely Nazuna won't get her revenge either. But with things are going, my guess is they're gonna lost both, old lady is gonna open the dam and destroy the town, and blame them on them with Tamashiro help, at best they can escape with the family, worst case scenario Yachiho gets a horn damaged

By being so reliant on the map, they've kind of played their hand. With how easy it is for locals to have just excavated the kamakuta years ago, MC's party could actually be way faster at locating them even without the map.
The stone raiders are the ones at a disadvantage, losing attrition just on food and information if they can't maintain these shadow politics. Which they are bleeding through fairly quickly.
