It's official, Toriyama worked as the supervisor for it and did a few character designs.

The art was done by Katsuyoshi Nakatsuru, who worked on a lot of the Dragon Ball movies and Dragon Ball GT.

Since it's been almost a month, just wanted to leave an update saying more chapters are coming, I've just been a bit too busy to do much work on them, and will be for quite some time. No plans for dropping the series, stay tuned! I'll hopefully get another chapter up sooner or later.

Hope folks are enjoying the new chapters. It's taken quite a bit to get this far (At times, I even wish another group would pick up the manga.) but I still hope it's been enjoyable.

Same here. Doing these chapters in a way is bittersweet because each one does bring me closer and closer to running out of Slump material by him but it's also nice to see more work out there.
