(SOLVED) Obscure Dr. Slump educational manga rejected

Earlier I tried to upload an entry for "Understanding Copyright through Comics - Dr. Slump - King Nikochan's Escape from Earth Plan", an educational manga that teaches, ironically, about upholding copyright. This manga is insanely obscure and was only recently scanned and unearthed by people that are currently making an effort to translate the original anime fully into English and recently, I completed an English translation of it and tried to upload only to then be met with a rejection.

I don't know what to make of this really considering this manga has NEVER been published in English or even digitally before which means it should be in the clear for manga uploads. It doesn't have its information pages filled out fully but that's because with it being so obscure it hasn't been added to the tracker sites (as in, MAL, Kitsu, Anilist, Mangaupdates, just none of them have this. To give you an idea how obscure this is. When I uploaded Majin Mura no Bubul which ONLY was published in an issue of Shonen Jump and Tokimecha which had its three chapters published in three issues of Shonen Jump and nowhere else, they had entries I could use. This did not, it is THAT obscure.) and so on but otherwise, I could've sworn I did everything correctly. I don't know if this was just a kneejerk reaction but I'm left greatly confused and would like an answer as soon as possible.

...90+% sure this is the reason for the rejection. Best bet is to cool your heels until a mod comes along to this thread, and figure out what they need to see in this case. It can be a bit tricky getting everything required for obscure titles, but if you're willing to take some time to talk with the mods they will help you get it figured out - prepare to be patient.

Also, hooray Dr. Slump!

Edit - if you haven't, it might be good to check into #support on the Discord and mention this. Responses can be somewhat faster there, though I would still prepare to be patient.

There was no link on the draft. Try to see if you can find one on mangaupdates or mal or anilist potentially. If not, let me know and I'll approve it

This is a sensitive case since the title doesn't appear in Shueisha website (Shueisha published it but the copyright holder is kidscric) and the only available source to get it is a link from Nyaa. No tracker has an entry yet and as usual they'll appear once this work gets one in MangaDex. If you want to check the cover/backcover, I'm adding it here, the only thing that ticks me off is the fact the booklet never had ISBN.

I'm willing to wait. I was always prepared for the possibility it could be rejected given it is so insanely obscure (or hell my first thought was given the purges this site has been through they might've seen "Slump" and "anti-piracy", went "Oh shit." and just quickly put it down.). I also take some humor in it given it is Slump and the jokes made about Torishima for rejecting but it's all good.

I did check those sites, there's nothing unfortunately. Like I said, this is an unbelievably obscure thing that really wasn't known about until it was uploaded and apparently as another user noted? There's no ISBN given how it was distributed. Generally I knew it was taking a gamble by leaving the links blank but when you are left with nothing, it's really hard to consider that.
