Hi,
I had uploaded a chapter for this title in English language about 2 days ago.

I'd like to the status of it.

If it was rejected, I'd like to know the reason and how I can make it better.

Also, id like to confirm whether a credits page at the end of chapter will be fine for future chapters?

Adding credit page(s) is perfectly fine, as long as it's not in the middle of the chapter or you're adding 10 extra pages for one page worth of chapter.
