Not a very satisfying ending. Why even bother with a timeskip if you're only going to use it to have one of the two characters we like die without ever reaching his goal and have the other sit in a cave doing nothing for the whole time?

Side note...Regeneration can untwist a neck and reform the spine after internal decapitation but not regrow a horn? Lol
