Yep, that's adult life.

For a fun series as this, it's not afraid to at least brush on these shitty topics. Like with the sister ending up in a wheel chair. There aren't easy solutions and I prefer it that way. Suspension of disbelief and all that. For example, I'm already getting thrown off by the principal bitching like this. A teacher's responsibilities do not extend to cleaning up the parent's mess. That scene should never have happened. That's not a teacher's job description and it would be incredibly unprofessional. What if a child had an allergy?

There are certainly people as stupid and entitled as this woman beyond a doubt, but the principal and teacher should know better. They should have immediately stated the school's limitations and available options and left it at that.
I unfortunately have colleagues who describe phone calls even dumber than this one... at 2AM. Some parents just don't think teachers are real people or something, and schools can't or won't stop them.

Anyway I feel for her. Someone get her a long holiday. :qq:

I've got an "always on-call" job where I get calls to fix a computer from coworkers at 3am, to drive 30 minutes to work, to plug a multi-outlet into the wall, because that shift's crew couldn't be bothered to look under the desk to see if that was the issue.

At least I get paid a decent amount for being on-call.

I job shadowed a school IT technician for a day when I was in high school. He had some awesome sysadmin responsibilities and the school network infrastructure was really interesting... but the large amount of work that was "printer not working -> someone unplugged its network cable from the wall ethernet point" was despair-inducing. Fighting!

at first, the first few pages didn't load, so I read the chapter without them without knowing

I was really confused about why there was randomly a cicada saying "I want to mate. Please, god" in the middle of it all.

Once I revisited the beginning and saw how the cicada was inserted in there, it made a little more sense :pacman:

So The story is about the problems of people around the MC and the MC must help and solve their problems.

Somehow, that reminds me of that crap our client wants... They have no fucking clue about anything and have the fucking gall to make our lives miserable with their utter incompetence. I already told everyone around me to keep me the fuck away from them, or I would rip them a second one.

Anyway, even though this kind of stupidity is not comparable to the sheer entitlement that mother showed towards poor teacher Hangyeol, I can somewhat relate to her. It's not her fucking responsibility to clean up other people's mess. I hope she can finally vent and get some support; that won't go well for much longer. Her insomnia is probably related to the mental stress that all the bullshit around her causes her.
