The artist probably used their experience with gal and Dino as inspiration. While it’s obviously not 1-to-1, the style of narrative and casual tone are quite similar, like a spiritual spin-off (although it also has a bit more serious romcom vibes to it than gal Dino). It seems like they have a niche lol.
