Ignoring the comical cuts as the author doesn't seem to have the time and/or want to show us anything anymore, there's absolutely no way to make this final fight believable in any stretch of our imaginations with how we've been set up to get to this point.

At this point, I pray we, the viewers, get an afterword from the author with any sort of insight or closure as to what happened to KaguRai.

Feels like this was always planned, but they had to cut a whole lot of the planned journey to get here. Basically skipping to the final episode without having seen the buildup to it.
