He is a yuributa. He wants to see YURI, and is actually incredibly successful matchmaking yuri couples off-screen. He is forcing himself to ignore their interest to try to force the yuri. Basically, he's mostly the opposite of Suzuki-kun from 1:39: instead of letting yuri occur naturally, he tries to force it.

Admittedly, yuributa-kun and Suzuki-kun both hate men who corrupt yuri, so he is obsessed with not becoming what he hates. Nevermind that the girls want him and no NTR is taking place...

But the thing is, he doesn't want to be involved in their romance, and your suggestion is exactly what he wants to avoid. He keeps saying, "Men should've gone from Yuri and become non-existent," which means he really doesn't like the idea of a yuri scene happening because of a man. Making two girls make out just because he told them to would be worse than death to him. He wants it to happen naturally, without any man directly making them do it. Idk if this makes sense, but, that's the impression I got from his character.
