They seem to be different versions of Sou in parallel universes where the only difference is how he behaves, and all the consequences that follow from that.
In this SFW version Sou is dense and noble.
In the NSFW version, Sou is horny and selfish, but still "nice".

I admit i yearn for a situation in which the density of noble Sou is broken, and he becomes a crusader for satisfying the lonely horny women. A pregnancy crusader! (Of course the seggs should happen off screen and/or in the fan box but I'm tired of watching these women suffer worse than Tantalus -worse because they have small tastes of what they cannot have)

From what I remember not exactly, I am pretty sure the author made a post where they explained that the 18+ version is a mix of a lot of stuff.

How I remember it is that according to them the 18+ version is mixed between delusions/horny thinking of the MC while he faps, wet dreams and some parts are also sort of an epilogue set far into the future after the main story has ended. The setting however is losely based on the MC but if he was way more forward and open to sex.

Still if I understood it right most of it is things that the MC thinks about / imagines while fapping for the semen donations.

However, because of this no one will ever get pregnant or the 18+ won't involve pregnancy until the very end I remember the author stating.

The author has been posting on their twitter that their at a roadblock and have no idea how to proceed with the teacher attacking the MC, they didn't get happy with the chapter 292 they made so they scrapped it. Basically they didn't know how to proceed after making the teacher delusional that the MC was their BF.

So the old ch 290-291 is also now removed and void, instead a new ch 290 has been posted where the teacher again is playing off attacking the MC but instead the author is going for the teacher imitating being a random slut that attacks the MC.
