What’s the difference between this one and the 18+ version, aside from the obvious?

Are they meant to be read side by side, or are they just different scenarios that occur within the context of the non-18+ version?

They seem to be different versions of Sou in parallel universes where the only difference is how he behaves, and all the consequences that follow from that.
In this SFW version Sou is dense and noble.
In the NSFW version, Sou is horny and selfish, but still "nice".

I admit i yearn for a situation in which the density of noble Sou is broken, and he becomes a crusader for satisfying the lonely horny women. A pregnancy crusader! (Of course the seggs should happen off screen and/or in the fan box but I'm tired of watching these women suffer worse than Tantalus -worse because they have small tastes of what they cannot have)

Different stories, narratively they have nothing do with each other.
