Thats what I thought to, but seeing as how she was surprised about it, I would say its still a high chance to be her. The first panel of the last page of the previous chapter shows the knocking on the door with MC still in his pajamas. So someone was there. Also I doubt it was our heroine using her powers subconsciously since her horns were not out. I think this mysterious third person might be trying to force the two together by exposing each others feelings to eachother, or trying to sabotage them by showing that MC has horny thoughts like any other teenage boy in the world.

Actually we never see her when asleep, only after she wakes up and is out of his dream, so we don't know if she had her horns out (the dream does not count, a succubus can appear as whatever she likes).

Also, we don't actually know how her powers work, are the horns mandatory?

Page 3 looks like she's going to abduct him in her spaceship. Jesus Christ it's creepy.

It just dawned on me on a re-read: notice how she began this by flopping onto his bed? The entire reason she's just leering at him on page 3 is because she wanted Yui to pounce on her when she pomfed down, and is confused why he's just sitting there. Same reason she has a pouting face when she makes him grab her boob. Previous chapter starts by her talking how she daydreams about all the debauched things she wants him to do to her. So if it were HER dream, he would've went raging demon on her. But it's not her dream, it's his.
