Kongou already recovered, she even took back the control of First fleet from Hyuuga in the previous chapter.
It's just that currently she partialing her computation power to maintain 2 body, she said herself she is still wondering how much computation she had to put in which body.
Her adult body is with one of the japanese leader along with i402.
While her loli body is taking care of First fleet
