Unless your going to tell me that the humans of this world followed the same creation / evolutionary path as the humans of Earth, I very much doubt they would suffer from the same genetic mutations that Earthlings developed after prolonged incestuous relations. And that completely ignores the possible the effects of mana and the divine on such matters.

So unless an author goes out of there way to introduce such negative traits into their fantasy fiction, the inhabitants likely don't have to worry about such things.

Assuming the MC was straight before remembering her past life, she should still be such, or bisexual at most.

This is fast. Too fast. I didn't even have time to develop some empathy for any of the characters. Seems like your usual isekai slop, which I love, but the path ahead doesn't seem as stable as the usual slop.

I lowkey would love if the MC acted as a father/mother figure to other people instead of a love interest, just like Watashi no Kokoro wa Ojisan de Aru. Anyways, good or bad slop, I am here for the ride.
