the only girl Satoshi pushed away from the car was Satsuki, right? why is he never questioning why all the girls are taking care of him/thanking him for "saving them"? of course we already know, because of the title, but dude, just ask the damn question, at least for the sake of being realistic... it wasn't even established how close MC and the heroines actually are prior to the accident (also him just mentioning some "god" wanted them dead to her face, wtf?)
and why is Shuna saying she broke her phone during the accident?? she wasn't the one who was almost run over, was there another accident??!

honestly, there's so much to nitpick, I wonder if there was some miscommunication when adapting the light novel

I've read the novel a few years back so here's a brief summary of everything.

READ WITH CAUTION

After an unfortunate incident with him saving the girls, the diary of him containing every event and story line of LOD and his life intertwined.

Girls discover it and that's where we found himself into.

Main story mc gets rejected.

Him getting into relationship with other is bc of what he calls santa Claus which is just our mc helping him.

He helps the girls then they too fall for our mc, main story mc goes into an accident then gets pissed of.

Which in turn he created the game "LOD" Bc of his jealousy to our mc.

It's a bullshitting reloop and i don't quite like that very end but everything is alr since our mc already is happy with the rest in college.
