Anju done kicked the hornet's nest with the shit she told NonokaAnyone upset should've seen this coming chapters ago when Nonoka's friends were like... 'Oh, that's great, you don't have to take care of your boyfriend. He can take care of himself, unlike your last boyfriend'. And we got that whole thing with Nonoka being told she likes to baby her boyfriends and be the caretaker.
It was 100% going this way.
Anju doing that was certainly serving her own interests but it's still valuable for others to point out things we don't notice about ourselves because of our own blind spots.Anju done kicked the hornet's nest with the shit she told Nonoka
Yukari wins by doing nothing! The stripper who has shown no romantic interest will win btw
Bro no way she about to leave him. She was about to win, but damn wish lily or the engineer girl win. Saw comments yukari wins but I mean she has the been the most calm and understand of the girls
Of the housemates, Yukari might be his best match personality wise but Hiromi wants kids. I don’t think Yukari is young enough for that, nor does she seem to have that same goal. I also don’t think Hiromi could handle his jealousy when it comes to Yukari’s job, which she seems to love.Fuckin RIP, we all knew it was coming. There's no way he was going to end up with Nonoka.
That said, I'm thoroughly convinced (read: it came to me in a dream) that Yukari is ultimately endgame. I don't predict her having any sort of messy arc involving Hiromi. I think we're in for some even messier drama with the other girls, we've yet to reach DomeKano heights of trashiness, but still... what if Yukari wins simply by not playing until the very last minute? Not because she's calculating, but more because she's the type of girl Hiromi really needs and he's just not the person he needs to be to realize it yet? Hiromi thinks he wants a girl that puts her partner before herself, but that hasn't gotten him anywhere and this third break-up may very well send him spiraling. I'm not expecting Yukari to swoop in and take advantage of his weakness or anything (rather, I hope she doesn't, she's arguably the only sane person in this story aside from the gay homie), but we still haven't seen anything substantial focused on her and there's no fucking way she's just there only for how she's been used in the story so far.
If Anju was trying to help, she would have said what she did to Hiromi, not Nonoka. Then Hiromi could think about it and discuss it properly with Nonoka to make sure that they’re meeting each other’s needs.Anju doing that was certainly serving her own interests but it's still valuable for others to point out things we don't notice about ourselves because of our own blind spots.
This could have been presented as a chance for Nonoka to grow over the course of a few chapters as she wrestles with this fact about herself (and the jury's still out on if that's what this is) but at present she's apparently lapsing into old habits for shock value's sake.
