It's even worse than what you think. There's a non-zero chance a random woman who's pregnant with his child right NOW through Sou's sperm donations since he started doing them.

On a very out of nowhere thought, I like how Miku only had a single extreme momeny with Sou (literally just praising her) and is still one of the top tier in the series.
