Thanks for the chapter.
That's a fair point, which makes the story's struggles feel like a real missed opportunity. This work could be a standout if the author could figure out how to write the dialogue a little more naturally and keep the pacing interesting. It all feels very stilted right now, so at this point I'm just here for Haru.I think seeing the back and forth makes what would be a typical tsundere CF story much more rewarding, because it feels like there is a tangible visible goal already.
compared to how usually is just many chapters of suffering with very little payoff at the very end.
Another nice thing is to see how they are actually different people as adults...well character wise.
What do you think is missing?Yeah... Drop, this has nothing to do with the original, just same concept and similar characters.
An art, vibes, the nature of the characters, the gag nature of original work, lack of a proper punch and it's way over-dragged inside one chapter. What do you think is missing?
Okay..... I mean same characters, same premise, just just more than 2 pages and an actual cohesive story but sure, nothing to do with the original.Yeah... Drop, this has nothing to do with the original, just same concept and similar characters.
Not sure if I would blame the original author for wierd dialogue in a translated work. That's a fair point, which makes the story's struggles feel like a real missed opportunity. Tell us the story of Haru please, author![]()
I mean this is serialized. As a webcomic, it could just be the gags. This looks like there's going to be a bit of a story and the past connecting to the 10 years later part. In the original it was just a house built on a foundation of gap moe. The only character that has changed is the daughter, because she's acting like a little girl instead of acting as Tsukkomi for the parents getting lovey dovey. The dad has a little more personality and is acting as his own Tsukkomi now.An art, vibes, the nature of the characters, the gag nature of original work, lack of a proper punch and it's way over-dragged inside one chapter.
I don't get it, I guess I need to re-read the preserializationAn art, vibes, the nature of the characters, the gag nature of original work, lack of a proper punch and it's way over-dragged inside one chapter.
If it were a different TL sure, but @OsisNie has a fantastic track recordNot sure if I would blame the original author for wierd dialogue in a translated work.
