You do understand this is a World of Nobles right? He is a Baron of Low Standing and betrothed to a person known as a "Villainess" that was pretty much kicked out. He does not have the means and influence to do anything "public" as his words will certainly be ignored or worse, not to speak of attacking him which would effectively end his house.
Of note I said "public". The MC was shown collecting information over several Chapters and has already a good picture of what was happening and as we saw here he had no qualms going for the killing blow away from the public.
I still don't understand what the hell you are talking about with the "Master" thing and you didn't bother explaining. I wonder if you are just trying to get a reaction here or something. I do hope not, that would be pretty childish.

When did Jelasis "openly humiliating" MC? Including this chapter, they only met 3 times.
First time, in demon form, MC thought he self destruct.
Second time, in human form, having nothing more than small talk. Nobody even heard what they were talking about. There are nothing "openly" or "humiliating" about it.
