i asked if she has the same power as the antagonist from chounin A, who is confirmed to have an ability to charm and manipulate with words, since it seems she can make any man she wants fall for her.

that or its a classic case of the author making minor characters so stupid to elevate and create the illusion where the main characters are so smart and wise.
