In the raws, it's written as ば~~か！, so I'm guessing the scanlator mistook ~, often used for elongation or to make sentences end on a cutesy note, for a censor (which, for future reference, is more commonly done with ○○ marks). In this case, the more accurate translation should be "You're an iiiiidiot!"
