OK, this is worse in nearly every way, compared to Reborn as a Slime. That said, it's got some interesting ideas. 7.5/10.
Its faults can mostly be attributed to an inexperienced writer, and a rewrite would fix them - so I was annoyed to watch the anime and find that it's exactly the same, rather than the writer getting a chance to do so.
Particularly, why is the MC getting friendly with that genocidal dimwit Karen? She was prepared to exterminate an entire village over one person acting in self-defense, and only relented because the MC beat the shit out of her entire army. Are we supposed to forgive her because she's pretty? Bah.
Also, for some reason, the author likes to name side character weird names that are not just on the nose but grabbing it quite firmly, like "Profit Loss" or "Betrayal Treachery".
