Keeping it as "Magic Power" seems more appropriate than switching to a bastardized Maori term.
It's abbreviated as "MP" for a reason.

Page 15 also has a typo; "guadian" instead of "guardian".

Should probably not make risky assumptions about the gender of an unspecified character either but y'know.

I would also use "them" instead of "him" as "them" is gender neutral, and frequently used when mystery surrounding someone's gender is intended.

Or, "I'm returning to fight alongside the lord."
Indeed, there are plenty of ways to reword it.
The point is that you can avoid pronouns by using a different structure.

I would also use "them" instead of "him" as "them" is gender neutral, and frequently used when mystery surrounding someone's gender is intended.
Personally speaking in the opinion that is my own by myself, I prefer to avoid using the "singular plural" when it can be avoided, and you can avoid it here.

That breaks the fourth wall in a situation where the character speaking should obviously know whom they are speaking about. So, by using "them" in a situation where the character themselves wouldn't use it, it means it's the translator speaking to the readers, not the character speaking to other characters in the story. "Them" is well applicable when it's probable the character themselves has no idea if they are speaking about a man or a woman. An old soldier talking about his own lord would most probably know if the lord is male or female. If the unknown status persists through long conversations, this could be a real headache for a translator, but if it's just a few lines, it's more elegant to find a solution that avoids the pronoun.

Not a big fan of such a big power creep in only like 10 chapters. They went from fighting goblins to fighting giants from AoT in a flash. Doesn't make it very engaging story

Just to note: there is no such thing as a "singular plural".
Singular They (a third-person pronoun) is grammatically plural - exactly like Singular You (a second-person pronoun) - but that's only an artifact of their etymological history.
