Today oct 18(UTC), is Menopause Awareness Day, and as such, I wish to call over my female dexxer friends, along with the female identifying dexxers, femboy dexxers, and the G.I.R.L. dexxers of Mangadex, to take a little bit of their time, to learn about this natural phenomena that happens to almost all women eventually.

Here are some simple image guides so that the dumb peepee brutes know a bit about what menopause is:
Example of a patient suffering through menopause right now, our esteemed guest, the all beloved Pedronimo:
For some women, menopause is liberation from the hell that is their menstrual cycles, while for others, it is a sign that their time has run out. Surely we have all had at least 1 family members who suffered, or is currently suffering through this process.
In my case, my mother saw it as a blessing, having had very painful periods all her life; while my aunt, despaired at having wasted her productive years focused on her career, instead of building a family to enjoy the fruits of her labor with. Also, menopause can happen to people early.
If you suspect you have symptoms of early menopause, seek actual professional medical advice, this thread is half-satire, and is not actual medical tips, do not use this as medical help.
Now then, knowing this, I ask this question for fun, to lighten the mood of what is likely a heavy topic for some women.
