Well, mascots' gender isn't specified... and they both do refer to themselves as "boku". It's just because of the general rule of "no males in yuri manga", some people automatically assume that they are female too.i thought vena was a he, i don't know why
Considering that even deaths already assumed were retconned in this particular manga, she still may get away with these... again. Now all that said, deaths do happen in magical girl stories, often. In 95% of those cases, there's also an accompanying resurrection whenUsagiUtena wishes for more wishes, so keep that in mind when Kiwi gets strung out to dry.
Magical transformation mid-stopped?Naked Kiwi out of nowhere was too funny. How did she even strip when they were holding hands anyway? Anime/Manga lesbian physics will never make sense.
I'm worried the upcoming arc is going to be pretty dark after this sweet prologue![]()
A wholesome date scene in my erotic, sadistic, thirsty lesbians magical girls manga? Impossibru...![]()
Bruh, you just ruin everything

If the author ACTUALLY knew her audience she'd have had Utena fuck the Tres Magia (or at least Azul) long ago rather than this stupid thing where she wants to only tease them enough to make them turn the tables and defeat her for good despite selling the series on "hot dommy villainess wants to sexually bully the magical girls she admires".Just two leaders meeting with their yandere, lovely girlfriends. Really sweet of Kiwi to take care of her partner. Dynamic duo between those two. Of course Kiwi had to strip but that's the type of shit Baiser loves about her anyway and I'm sure that helped cheer her up even more.
I also think it's funny every chance the author takes to remind people of the rules that will not be broken for Utena: we do not date magical girls or have interest in them romantically; we do not like magical girls actually falling; we will not be teaming with magical girls in any real sense.
They did this before with the chapter when Kiwi and Baiser fought the "magical girl x villain" enemy (while also pushing her to respect Kiwi x Utena) and did that again to a lesser extent here. "Will we team up?" "No, definitely not that's silly." I think Utena would throw up at the idea. The author definitely knows her audience and sticks to her vision.
We're many years past this Azul thing. It's long been time to move on. She never broke her heart anyway because they were never romantically interested. Azul is just a freak (affectionately) and was Baiser's first antagonist. Since then Baiser has had others including the leader she met with this chapter. None of that was meant to be romantic. Every member of the villains has their hero counterpart. And this is not a "stupid thing," it's the point of being a villain to a magical girl. You fight them, mess with them but they overcome it. It's Baiser's entire character to love that relationship. I wonder if you actually enjoy this series. If the author ACTUALLY knew her audience she'd have had Utena fuck the Tres Magia (or at least Azul) long ago rather than this stupid thing where she wants to only tease them enough to make them turn the tables and defeat her for good despite selling the series on "hot dommy villainess wants to sexually bully the magical girls she admires".
Who even asked for the "Baiser breaks Azul's heart by pulling the rug on her and revealing she's never going to be her domme even after brainwashing her into being her sub" scene in the first place?
