What true companions they are. I like that Bel has accepted that losing his leg was a blessing as it let him find Angie.

Still, he could have left a letter saying where he was going to be. Then they could have visited him over the years.

I think they knew or atleast hade a feeling where he was going to be. But the guilt and regret of what happend kept them away.
