Basically, old enough to be a 'hero of legend'. The implication is that he is at least several hundred years old, if not over a thousand. It hasn't been stated in numbers though.

From the Guild Master's interaction with the noble's messengers, it appears that nobility outrank the adventurer's guild in general, so she's stuck there unless she wants to risk total war.

It wasn't about war, was it? iirc (it has been a while) it's because the adventurer's guild is funded by the nobles.

But we all root for her soonest return home. And it is not because we don’t want to see these arse-hole-plugs of the suns or be done with useless nobility ASAP. Not at all.
We just care for Angie’s mental health and wish to meet her father (even if she doesn’t know about it herself, yet)

The Light Novels have been out and translated fully since the past year by J-Novel Club, I will forewarn that any who are interested in reading them will be spoiled by some of the later volume covers though.
Which honestly could be worth it since the manga getting to that point could take years if not decades (if it's still licensed)

I didn't expect Belgrieve to win, but I was hoping at least he'd show off a bit more by actually learning something about the technique he's trying to master in the middle of the fight, or something. Show how cool he is by being able to learn something on the fly, after being able to fight an opponent like that for the first time.
